30-Day Returns

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original condition — unused and undamaged
• In the original packaging where possible

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@huehouse.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please don't send your item back without contacting us first — we'll make sure the process is as smooth as possible.

Refunds

Once we've confirmed your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
